Drying
We use state-of-the-art technology to dry our hemp and cannabis products, ensuring their durability and preparing them for the next processing step (e.g. extraction).
Purification
We separate flowers, leaves, stems and dust to prepare cannabis raw material for further processing. We also clean, trim and portion medicinal cannabis flowers.
Sifting & Screening
During the production of our raw materials, we sift and check them thoroughly. This process is designed to remove impurities and foreign bodies to ensure the quality and purity of the intermediate product.
Standardizing
We are able to standardize raw materials, extracts, distillates, oils, dabbing’s, terpenes, alcoholic and aqueous solutions. Our QA monitors compliance with the specifications of the desired active ingredients and substances during production. Our laboratory ensures the values via in-process control analysis.
Pressing
We are able to press and pelletize raw materials. This additional step optimizes processing by bringing the material into a more compact form. This makes transportation and storage easier.
Research & Development
We develop individual strains and offer contract cultivation. We also carry out analyses of phenotypes, terpenes, cannabinoid content, etc. The same applies to extracts, isolates and other concentrates.
Consulting
We are also happy to advise you on the selection of our varieties. Based on scientific analysis, we create a potential analysis that allows us to make statements about the effect.
